Chongqing Zhongyu International Metro Plaza is a world-class urban complex sophisticatedly undertaken by several international famous teams entrusted by HK-listed CC Land in the center of New Monumental Arch in North Chongqing. SCN is the general contractor for decoration project and MEP design. The gross floor area of the complex is approximately 2,000,000 sqm, incorporating Class A office building, 5-star hotel, large-scaled shopping center, international boutique apartment, and hotel-styled apartment etc. It is a multi-programmed urban complex integrating residential, office, entertainment, shopping and recreation.
